This exercise is to begin getting in touch with your inner world, using the breathe as a means of focus.
To focus in the now; we begin from the outside and then go inward.
Deep breathing has many benefits, this download it is to begin developing your awareness of the breath.

Creative visualisation is a very powerful tool; we create from our imagination. In this download I am encouraging you to use your imagination to explore how you feel. Sometimes we cannot label it but by creating an emotional barometer we can encourage our subconscious to demonstrate how we are feeling in a picture using the screen of our mind.

This exercise is focussing more closely on your breathing. Each of us breathe differently and understanding your breathing cycle is important to develop greater self awareness.

In this exercise we are using the breathe to further deepen our sense of awareness; bring our attention to the here and now.

Here we are combining the use of both creative visualisation and deep breathing to use as a tool when we are feeling overwhelmed. This exercise is to enable you to self soothe and generate self- reassurance.

You will now be practising switching between two states: using creative visualisation and your attention in the present moment. This will over a period of time with practise, allow you to remain centred and in control of your emotions. Without critiquing or being judgemental, we exercise our choice as to whether or not, we want to get involved with any unfolding drama.

In this exercise we combine all the techniques we have been practising to go back to a time and space where we need to have a conversation with a younger version of ourselves. This exercise is to soothe that part of our memory where we have got stuck, creating a bridge between the past and present, so we can begin to let go of emotional baggage and heal ourselves.

You will be using this create visualisation to excavate your true thoughts and feelings about what is concerning you. Being able to know how we’re truly feeling we can better see what we are doing; the hidden agendas, resentments we have, what we are contributing to the drama we are involved with. This is important to know, so that we can make informed choices about what we need to do, and let go of negative emotions.

10th MP3
This final creative visualisation enables us to practice the art of forgiveness and letting go. We make prisons for ourselves, and those who we see as having hurt us in anyway. Here we can finally release them and ourselves through forgiveness. This will allow you to create space in your mind and your life for new positive experiences and emotions.
